Patty Azar
CEO

Patty Azar is Chief Strategy Officer of Vision Alignment, Inc. Since 1990, Patty has specialized in building strategies for executive teams, and ensuring cross-functional operational excellence. Her results have been the development of company-wide strategies, increased sales, improved profits, high-performance organizational structures, and a positive experience for clients and partners. Patty has also developed and utilizes repeatable processes for talent retention and development. Her approach is to build simple strategies, utilizing a simple approach and tools that measure success of strategies, linked to individual performance management.

Patty has consulted to clients with annual sales of $500,000 to $40 billion, and is in the role of the company's Chief Advisor.

Patty is a board member of Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation and a volunteer and foster home for New Hope Cattledogs, a rescue organization for Australian Cattledogs. A volunteer for PAC911, a no-kill animal rescue, Patriot Guard AZ and Operation Homefront AZ. Formerly she was a volunteer for Hospice of the Valley; 2004-2005 Assistant Chair of Fiesta Bowl Ambassadors; 2004-2005 nominated for the Fiesta Bowl Volunteer of the Year; a member of the Susan G. Komen Foundation Circle of Hope; former business contributing editors of several publications. She and her husband, Michael Coontz, are avid Harley enthusiasts and love the Southwest.

Kathryn Prusinski
V.P. Integration & Development 

Kathryn Prusinski has been with Vision Alignment for more than three years, and currently serves as the Vice President of Integration and Development. Focusing on curriculum development, training and strategy integration, Kathryn has her hands in just about every aspect of the organization. Kathryn is a certified administrator for PDP, a professional management tool designed to support talent retention and leadership. She is also certified to lead Executive Command and Active Strategy training through Vision Alignment.

Kathryn brings a wealth of experience in revenue production, communications, marketing and advertising from both the for profit and non-profit sectors. This experience has proven valuable when working with companies needing to build alignment and cross-functional collaboration across the revenue producing functions.

Kathryn has served on the Board of Leadership West and is a patron of the arts in the West Valley where she and her family call home. When she isn’t spending time with family traveling or in community involvement, she is cheering on her alma mater The University of Oklahoma.

Kevin Black
Corporate Strategist, contributor to Vision Alignment
CEO and founder of Executive Command

Kevin is the CEO and founder of Executive Command®, the sole distributor of the Executive Command® Advanced Strategy Business Program. The program supports organizations in increasing their profits by focusing on people, strategy and processes. Specifically, it addresses business core competencies, such as leadership, management, communication, planning, and strategic thinking.

Kevin earned a Bachelors of Arts in History at the Virginia Military Institute. He later earned a Masters of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at Arizona State University (ASU). He is currently finishing a Masters of Business Administration at the W.P. Carey School of Business, at ASU. Kevin is also certified trainer in the behavioral science tool, Professional Dynametrics Program.

Kevin served as an active-duty officer in the United States Army for six years, and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his two Australian Cattle Dogs, Bebe and Aetius.
